Our Approach
We work in small teams to support each person in their own home. We get to know each person and listen and respond to their wants and needs. Our team approach provides opportunities for each person to make choices and live full enriched lives.
Our Mission
We believe that every person has the right to act in a self-determined manner and in so doing is the causal agent in their own life (Deci & Ryan, 1985). PosAbilities is committed to providing a person-centered and supportive environment that fosters personal preferences, growth, autonomy, and life fulfillment.
